Donate to help build a carpark! We need your help!
As the Karen Community continues to grow, we have established plans to expand our community centre with an additional building behind the current centre on 20 Pine Street which will give us more space to run activities, provide temporary accommodation for refugees, homework classes (secondary and primary school students) and allow community meetings and events.
The first stage of the plan involves constructing a carpark behind the community centre and having retaining walls to the surrounding landscapes. In order to meet the needs of our Karen Community and for the next generation, we need your help!
(Carpark costs: underground services including electrical, gas, water, stormwater & rainwater system, light poles).
(Retaining wall costs: structural formwork, concrete, foundations, labour work, hiring machineries).
(Soil works: hiring machineries e.g. excavator, trucks, trailers, mudstone soil removal).
